Diagramming Corrections
I am very sorry and embarrassed about several errors in The First Whole Book of Diagrams, particularly the ones having to do with the predicate nominative, and its need for a slanted line. These were not present in the first editions and came into later editions because the rewriting process was not proofed with sufficient care.
I know this is inconvenient and confusing. It is also painful for me, as I wanted something truly perfect.
